Awakening As a young girl growing up in Ohio, Yvonne discovered that she possessed a special intuitive gift. Receiving messages for others in her dreams remained a constant in her life even through a "dark" period when she tried to turn away from her intuition. Her "awakening" as an intuitive and artist came in the form of a vivid dream during which Yvonne received and embraced the message of her life path. Expressing the Divine Yvonne Fitch's intuitive style of watercolor painting is an artistic expression of the process of learning to live in the Divine. She truly expresses that which she is. Her inspirational paintings speak to each of us about our own creativity, the divinity within us all. Nobody ever said this was an easy place to be, for some strange but human reason, it is very difficult to trust that a part of ourselves is directing us to exactly what we need. The path to Paradise. All of us have glimpsed our path to Paradise, but few have the courage to travel the journey. Yvonne has consciously made that choice. Yvonne's passion for art began in childhood, "In art I was in touch with my creativity -- I got lost in time and nothing else mattered." The struggles It wasn't until 1989 when Yvonne lost her job in the corporate world that she allowed herself to even consider painting. She went through "The great struggle between the practical world and her dream to paint -- nothing seemed right anymore." In January of 1990, Yvonne made the decision to turn the pain of this struggle over to God and she literally awoke feeling free to paint. Like Yvonne, when we learn to live in our Divine place, none of us can go wrong.
